Do I need a referral to book a consultation?
You may book directly. For some interventional therapies (e.g. TMS, Ketamine, Sleep Studies), a healthcare referral is preferred or required to begin the referral-based care process.

Are services covered by medical aid?
In many cases, yes. We assist with pre-authorisation and provide supporting documents (e.g. ICD-10 codes).
